I have worked in a treatment center since 2003 and have an international certification and license for substance abuse intervention and recovery specialist.  My previous job title at the earlier treatment center was: Clinical Staff, Counselor, Recovery Management Officer, and Assistant Program Head. I performed primary counselor duties to residents and their families, including developing treatment plans and preparing progress reports, discharge plans, and other clinical records and documents. I facilitated dialogues and conferences with residents and their families, crisis intervention, and other tasks.
